Arlene: My fibromyalgia pain decreased by about 75%, which is huge. You could even see that the pain was gone from my face. That was all in the first month. Now, after two months, I feel great!
Joyce wrote about her first months on PR: She was going to give it 6 months to see if it helped her pain, and in 1 month her pain was at nearly “0” pain level. Joyce says she is feeling calmer and sleeping better than in years. Her restless leg is gone and so is her knee pain. She was fighting having to use a cane! “I could go on and on about PR every day!!! From my head to my toes, this food product is healing me. I still have some bad days, but I no longer sit and cry because of the pain. In 2009, my physician and I spoke about fibromyalgia. She put me on medication (which I stopped taking within 3 months because of the way it made me feel) and I went on with my life, suffering silently, so no one would know…. I felt like an old woman at the age of 64, even my 93-year-old mother had more energy than I had. The last 3-4 weeks have been amazing, and I’m looking forward to the future for the first time in years!!
Renee : There are a lot of people, including myself, that have Fibromyalgia who are eating Micronized Purple Rice. And many of us are having great results with the symptoms. I’ve noticed my shoulders are much less pain. As well as my knees. Also I have less stress from getting upset with the constant battle with Fibromyalgia. I’ve only been on Purple Rice for a month. Still working on skin sensitivity…. A few weeks ago I noticed I could hold my blow dryer up the whole time I dried my hair. I haven’t been able to do that for years! You will be blown away how much this pure food can make us feel less and more energy. Plus the added benefits of looking younger is a bonus! You will not be disappointed for sure.
Sherry . says: I was diagnosed with lupus the month before I started Micronized Purple Rice*. I was being referred to a specialist that deals with that. After being on *MPR for 1 month, I cancelled my appointment. I said, if I need him, I will call back for I was giving the MPR a chance first. So far so good. It has taken 2 months for the energy to start showing up for me. I have had fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue, for the past 30 years. So a lot of repairing is going on. Almost no more pain is soooo wonderful!
Update: I still need to have my labs redone and am behind on doing so. I was diagnosed with Lupus by my MD but my dermatologists says he wanted to see my labs, because he felt I had be over diagnosed. So, now I’m not sure if I truly have it or not. I know I am feeling much better than I was, that is for sure. I’m am just now starting to feel like I really am ready to get up in the mornings and start my day. That for me has taken the longest. I know (thanks to PR) that for the first time in many years, I was not sick at Thanksgiving and had more energy to cook for the 20 people without just dying at the end of the meal. I usually have allergies that lead to sinus infections, etc. and feel so bad during this time of year. Everyone else around me has been sick, but I have been fine. I feel PR is helping my allergies as well. I’m still feeling good in spite of being diagnosed with fibro. I could probably benefit from 3 x day but can’t afford to do that right now. I do still have deep tenderness, but at least the touching of my skin has gotten much better. Everyone should give it a 6 mo. trial at least.
Linda : “I started eating micronized purple rice with high expectations,” she says, “but I always know not to look for an immediate answer because it’s usually not there. After trying so many other products, I didn’t want to be disappointed again.”
This time, I was not disappointed.
“About five weeks in, one day I was working around the house and all of a sudden I realized, ‘Hey! I don’t feel achy!’ My brain fog was gone, too. That was months ago, and in spite of being diagnosed with fibromyalgia I’m feeling great! I’m so grateful to have my life back!
I’m still very active. I work 40-plus hours a week. I have my holistic business, I manage two coffee shops, an online business and a couple of other things. It’s so much easier to keep up with it all, now that the fibro pain is improved.”
