Paula R. – This is my 3rd week on purple rice. I feel like it has been longer. For the past 2 months I have been first in excruciating pain to constant pain in my left shoulder. I had a week period of detox & I was thinking should I cut back on pr? But then I decided -NO -So I increased my purple rice to 2 teaspoons 2 times per day. I really needed the extra because of 68 years of sometimes eating ok but too much pizza!
Now, people are noticing my increased energy and one person said “Paula is back.” Some of my other pluses are: better vision, fewer face wrinkles and fewer body aches and pains.
